On the 26th and 27th of September 2019 the KUTEL second project meeting took place in Patras, Greece. It has been hosted by the Hellenic Open University (HOU) leading partner of the research, that will soon be concluded.
The meeting occurred in a crucial stage of the project and it has been an important opportunity to analyse and discuss what has been done so far, in particular within the first research phase, that prompted some relevant reports on the Kazakh and European State of the Art of the TEL Quality Assurance in Higher Education. These documents laid the bases for the creation of the TEL Quality Assurance Framework that will be used for building the training course which is the KUTEL core. Hence, the meeting marked somehow the transition from the preparatory phase to the effective development of the project. In fact, the partners took important decisions related to the development phase, like building development groups composed by researchers coming from different partner institutions who will take care of the training contents creation, setting up deadlines of the different steps of contents creation and establishing quality criteria. Not only the research and the development have been addressed, but also transversal activities like the management, quality and dissemination of the project.
KUTEL partners will meet again in Burgas (Bulgaria) in March 2020.
